Our mission is to rescue dogs from high-kill shelters, provide essential care and rehabilitation, and place them in safe, loving homes. We also help pet owners responsibly rehome their animals, offer trusted boarding and petsitting services, and provide expert parrot care. Through dedicated fundraising and facility improvements, we strive to give every animal a second chance and a hopeful future.

To create a world where every abandoned, abused, or unwanted animal is given a second chance, rescued, healed, and placed in a loving forever home. We envision a community where compassion leads, no animal is left behind, and hope is restored one life at a time.

Who we are ?

Hope Emergency Rescue Animal is built on decades of unwavering dedication to saving animals in crisis.
Our founder has been rescuing birds, cats, and dogs since childhood. After surviving a life-changing car accident in 2007 and undergoing three years of intense rehabilitation, her passion for rescue led her to create a safe haven for animals who had no other chance.

From saving horses at slaughter auctions and mini pigs from hoarding situations in California, to rescuing dogs and parrots today in Port Orchard, Washington, her mission remains the same:
Give every animal the love, care, and chance at life they deserve.

We are currently raising funds for critical repairs and updates to our rescue facilities. These upgrades will allow us to operate through all seasons and rescue more animals in need.
